Awesome scoop size, ice cream is the real deal. Excellent favor and favor choices. The toasted coconut is full of real coconut pieces! Midnight chocolate is mighty good too.

Great staff and the selections gave an offering to any taste. I wanted a rootbeer float and got exactly what I expected. Cold and creamy and severed with a smile. Great place and wonderful people.

Must place to go if you are in St Augustine. The ice cream was phenomenal. The brownie sundae was fabulous. I had mine with the Toasted Coconut ice cream...but you can choose your own favorite flavor.

Not that I have ever had a pleasant experience with the staff here, but this evening took the cake. Due to the pandemic, you can’t get samples so I picked a flavor I usually like other places. I ordered a small banana ice cream and after one bite I realized that I really didn't like the flavor. It tasted like a banana flavored candy and not real banana. When I told the cashier (nicely I may add) that I didn’t like the flavor and that it tasted like fake banana, she proceeded to argue with me about how it was made instead of just offering a different flavor. Highly disappointing since the ice cream is usually pretty good.

Best ice cream anywhere - rich & creamy with an amazing selection of flavors. Whole family has loved everything we have tried. Some favorites are the red velvet, carrot cake, and calypso crunch. So good Cold Cow is a major factor in our vacay destination!

Over 145 flavors and at least 100 available at any given time. Rich ice cream, fully loaded with the fillers (be it peanut butter, fudge, Caramel, nuts, etc., there is always an abundance of the ingredient in it). Friendly staff and huge scoops. One of the best ice cream places I've ever been to!

the ice cream is nothing special and the service is terrible. We ordered 2 shakes and when we got them my wife tried hers and did not like it. Due to the pandemic they dont hand out samples so you can't try any of the flavors before you order. We asked if we could get a different flavor and offered to pay for the one we didnt like but the guy helping us was extremely rude. He asked what flavor we wanted, we told him chocolate raspberry truffle. He looked irritated and said, "you sure? You wanna go with something more basic?" While he made the shake i could hear him complaining to a co worker about how he had to make another because we didnt like this one. He then walked over to us and handed the shake to my wife, she thanked him and he said ya, then turned and walked away. We even paid for all 3 shakes so i don't know why he had a problem. We wont be going there anymore

Very good ice cream and very clean for those worried. Brought the family out for ice cream before the kids go back to college. Had the cake ice cream which had chunks of yellow cake. Highly recommend making the trip out there.

Overall great ice cream. But, my brother ordered a medium Superman and got it but it tasted like pure sugar wasn’t right. So we asked if he could get a new ice cream and the employee said yes. My brother proceeded to get a small cotton candy, everything is fine right? No, on the receipt the employee still charged us for the medium Superman. Like what the heck!

We took 2 of our granddaughters to Cold Cow today. It was a delicious ice cream time! My personal favorite is orange creamsickle. It takes me back to when I was young! The girls loved their freshly made waffle cones while my husband and I enjoyed our ice cream in a cup. So many choices for ice cream! Go pick your own favorite!

A super great place for all things ice cream. Very affordable and many flavors to choose from. Our group had a root beer float, dish of mint chocolate chip ice cream, 2 brownie sundaes with double chocolate chocolate chip ice cream walnut syrup whipped cream and cherry, and finally a red raspberry cheesecake malt. I will definitely return to this place.

Just a great little family ice cream parlor. The family that works here are so kind and always remember what I get. My favorite is the Bubble Gum ice cream!

Great! Staff is always so nice. Also have a few no sugar added, low fat options. No tables inside since Covid which is sad to me but I love this little ice cream shop and the size portions well worth the money.

I look forward to visiting the Cold Cow whenever I'm in the area. The ice cream is delicious with very generous amounts. The people who work there are so friendly. It's a great place to bring the family to enjoy the myriad of flavors and the relaxed atmosphere.

The one man that is always there, can be a little off putting, he is kind of grumpy, or just tired. Not sure. However, he does a great job making orders and knows the register well. It is always good, and fresh. I love the "eyes wide open" milkshake. My kids love it. Kaitymarie always gets "cookie monster" My husband loves it and usually gets "black raspberry". It's all good, all of the time.

WOW! 100 different flavors! Cute cow decor. The midnight chocolate is perfect if you are a dark chocolate lover. The Apple Strudel that my husband had was exactly as good as it’s name. Friendly owners and staff! Free tastings! Do yourself a favor and go.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a wide variety of ice cream flavors because this place definitely has one, I love how they turn ice cream into milkshakes! 10/10
